Utleier vil skifte gulv pga merke

We rented an apartment "as is" for 4 years and now while leaving, our owner is charging us to change the entire kitchen flooring (parquet) because of one burn mark from a hot pan on the floor. The flooring is old. Is it possible to know our liability in this case? Also the owner has done zero maintenance since we rented the apartment.

If you disagree in this matter, you should say so and then the owner must argue his case and give proof of the damage and costs.
