Advokat sender ikke inn krav

I won a criminal court case on Feb 16 2021. I am entitled to compensation. However, after 2 years, my lawyer has not submitted the claim. He told me he was too busy but that he would submitt it on may this year. He is not answering my calls nor my emails and the deadline to submitt the claim is approaching. Its been more than 2 years now. What can I do?
