I have been married to my spouse for almost 9 years, but I want to separate. However, he had a mortgage before we met and after we married he made me a Co signatory. He pays it by himself. I never pay for it since he got it before we met. Now he tells me that when we separate, I have to pay too half of it. I personally am not interested in his apartment neither have I been paying for it and I have skatt and statements to prove that. I have my personal loan and he is not involved in paying neither.
