Om man driver som håndverker gjennom ENK, hvordan kan et AS kjøpe denne virksomheten for å overta garantiansvar etc. på utførte oppdrag? Må ENKet avvikles og det skrives en form for protokoll?

I moved from London to Oslo, but I want to keep working remotely for my employer in the UK. I have set up a sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) in Norway so I can work as a self-employed contractor and invoice this company in the UK for my services. Are there any Norwegian regulations similar to the IR35 in the UK related to tax liability and/or other requirements and limitations I should be aware of?
