Sak mot staten etter tvangsbehandling

I am writing to you because I need a lawyer since I would like to draw a lawsuit against the state for keeping me in the hospital with compulsory treatment against my will for 1,5 without a phone and access to social media. I had state-provided lawyer in the hospital, but he said that he does not have the capacity to draw a lawsuit against the state at the moment and mentioned that I need a Norwegian lawyer.
