Arbeidsgiver har gjort om overtid til bonus

The employer did not pay us for overtime. We had a Smartdoc system where we recorded overtime. Unfortunately, they changed our overtime and entered it as a bonus at the normal hourly rate on the payslip.
Svar:
This is illegal, as everyone has the minimum right to claim 40 % extra for over time.
