Reklamasjon på ødelagt printer

In May 2020 our company bought a wall printer for €35 000 from a German company. We got it only in September 2021, but since then the printer keeps failing and we want to get a full refund for faulty product because company can't fix it. They already had 4 attempts, but the printer is still not working. Almost one year has passed since we got the printer but it still doesn't work. What legal options do we have here?

You must consider the terms of your purchase agreement. But if nothing is against it, you may probably be able to cancel the contract and demand a refund of the payment, as well as damages due to loss of income.
