I need advice on a family situation with myself and children. I need it to be pro bono as I cannot pay for a lawyer.

Cases related to custody arrangements for children fall under legal aid in Norway. There are income limits, to be granted free legal aid. If your income is less than 350 000,- for single persons and 540 000,- for spouses/couples, and your assets are less than 150 000,- you are entitled to free legal aid, with only a deductible payment.
You should contact a lawyer, they will help you apply for legal aid, if you qualify.
