Arbeidsgiver trekker depositum fra lønn

I need consultation about Arbeidsrett – ulovlig trekk i lønn + pengekrav (tilbakebetaling). The company gave the money for a deposit for rent and in the end came out that the deposit is illegal, on private account on landlord. The company took from my salary 2000 NOK until I pay out 28 000 NOK. I dont have signed agreement about this with the company. Where I can make a claim againts the company?
