I have a problem with my employer. He fired me from work, but did not send me any dismissal letter. I got sick and went to the hospital, after presenting all the documents to him, he does not want to pay me (I work on a 6/2 rotation) and says that I am not entitled to sick pay. And he demands that I pay the full rent even though I only worked 27 hours. Is there anything I can do, because I am completely depressed and experiencing a lot of stress at work, don't have money even buy a food.

Regarding your economic situation, you should make contact with the social office/NAV to get help. Regarding your employment, you should contact the local office of Arbeidstilsynet and tell your story.
