I'm in trouble with an apartment, I'm stuck in between a subtenant who wants to break the contract and not respect any of the terms and don't pay the full amount of the rent to me, and the owner of the apartment who I pay the rent to who ask me to pay full amount and don't want to help.

Uansett - er du normalt i utgangspunktet forpliktet til å betale leie til egen utleier eller eier. Evt tvist om dette, vil kunne gi krav på rettshjelpsdekning.
