I am currently living and working in Finland and have held a valid work permit for two years. I have received a full-time employment contract from a restaurant in Norway. I hold a vocational qualification obtained after one year of vocational training in Finland, and I have two years of relevant work experience. Based on my education and work experience, I would like to ask whether I meet the requirements to apply for a Skilled Worker residence permit in Norway.

A lot of elements must be considered, such as if your skills are scarce in Norway and how needed your skills are. This is up to UDI to decide based upon your employers statements.
