Arbeidsplassen skal fjernes

I work for Trondheim Kommune. The byråd is cutting all 35 Aktivitør positions from juli 2025. We aktivitør were not informed about this. We had to read it in the newspaper. This will have a severe and negative effect on patients as well as staff. This same kommune just spent an exorbitant amount of money on an outdated and ineffective computer program that has wreaked havoc on the entire healthcare community in Trondheim and now they are trying to recklessly cut costs. Any legal options?
