Trenger konsultasjon om trakassering og mobbing i arbeidslivet

I would need a consultation about harassment and bullying in employment law. I am a Spanish man working in Norway for Norwegian Airlines as cabin crew. Since last year I have been suffering bullying and Harassment the company where I work. Negative reports with lies, meetings with the bosses blaming me for things and protecting those who make bad reports about me, trying to make me believe that I have mental problems and saying that my personality is not suitable for the job, etc.
