Ikke fått beskjed om avlyst vakt

I work in a hotel with an averaging protocol agreed with the Union representative throughout a staffing agency. The hotel request them to tell me by email on the same day that I had a shift that the hotel didn't had work FOR ME. Since I didn't saw the email, I went to work, and saw that my shift of that day (and all of the shifts of that week) had been deleted. The hotel is using workers on the call instead of me. I told the agency that they need it to paid me anyways, and they don't want to.
