I'm having harassment, discrimination and now retaliation problems at my workplace. After asking for a meeting with superiors about issues with manager, I worked one day excluded from the common workplace as he states "I'm forbidden to go and they sent me dismissal proposal after I tried to get my payment in time after seeing everyone else was paid."
